Introduction of Prosecco N Prose Episode 9, co-hosts, featured bubbly, and novel

01:55
Discussion on the two sparkling wines featured today—the Brut and the Blanc de Noirs— from Gruet Winery in New Mexico. The author’s favorite bubbly is the Brut. Gruet Sparkling Wines have their roots from France as the founder, Gilbert Gruet, started the vineyard in New Mexico after moving to the U.S. Co-host Amy briefly speaks about her trip to Epernay, France and her tour of the champagne cellars. The cheese the co-host boast about is Yancy Fancy’s Hot Wasabi Horseradish Cheese, which can be found in the specialty cheese sections of most grocery stores. You will recognize it by its green rind.

08:00
Discussion of author Kathleen Barber and some fun insight on the novel, locations in the novel, and its characters.
